How Do You Structure Your Workday?
It's taken me years to figure out the best flow for but I finally feel like I have nailed it! My point is that it's different for everyone. You have to figure out what your best productive work times are, and then base your schedule around that if possible. I find that for me 11-5 is my sweet spot.
I start out the day with exercise, breakfast, get the kids to school...then move into work mode. I find that getting calls done in the morning is best so I can focus on deliverables the remainder of the day. Potential clients can book consultation calls from my site on Mondays & Tuesdays from 10-2, so it's nice to have those hours consolidated.
Once I move into "work mode" I scan through emails and make a list of my To Do's for the day or week. I balance that list with my calendar, and go from there. I find that having consistency is important to feel less chaotic.
