Learning From the Mastermind
I’m proud to share that I’m a Founding Member of Anne LaFollette’s Creative Business Mastermind. I had the privilege of joining this remarkable new program from Anne, a long-time client near and dear to my heart.
For the uninitiated, a mastermind is a group of like-minded, goal-oriented people who elevate each other and share their insights while pursuing their business goals. The Creative Business Mastermind brings together women from different professions, each with a unique story and a dream to expand her business.
I’ve already learned so much from participating in Anne’s mastermind. So far, my biggest takeaway is that you must create a strategy that points toward your lead magnet, or freebie, to attract potential clients.
What do I mean by that?
You should offer potential customers something free. Then, share it everywhere, ensuring it’s all over your social media channels. Showcasing this freebie on your social media/marketing channels will generate leads. That’s why mine is scattered across my site and various channels.
Once your leads are on an email list, you can market to them. My newsletter is how I connect with folks who hopefully become clients.
I knew marketing is a massive funnel, but now I’m applying what I’ve learned from the Creative Business Mastermind. This funnel is fully operational.
